Peanut Butter Oatmeal Apple Smoothe

 Ingredients List

  • 1 apple, or 1 unsweetened applesauce cup
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional (will help thicken as well)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • Whipped Cream, optional but highly recommended

 Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix well.
2. Add to serving glass and garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
