Peanut Butter Sundaes
Ingredients List
- 1/3 c Sugar
- 2 tb Plus 2 tsp. water
- 2 tb Plus 2 tsp. creamy peanut
- -butter
- 2 c Chocolate nonfat frozen
- -yogurt
Directions
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute or
until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
Transfer to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Cool slightly and
pour over frozen yogurt. Refrigerate any unused sauce.
