Peanut Butter Truffle Bark

Ingredients List
- (2) 16 oz packages vanilla candy coating (I used CandiQuik)
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup (9 full sheets) graham crackers crumbs
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Minis
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips (I used Reese's)
Directions
1. Start by lining a 9×13 inch pan with foil and greasing it lightly it with cooking spray.
2. Melt 16 oz of vanilla candy coating and spread into pan and allow it to harden.
3. Mix together softened butter, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and vanilla.
4. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the hardened vanilla candy coating layer.
5. Press Reese”™s Peanut Butter Cup Minis into the dough.
6. Melt another 16 oz of vanilla candy coating and carefully spread this over the peanut butter layer.
7. Sprinkle with chocolate and peanut butter chips.
8. Allow the top layer to harden and then lift the bars from the pan using the foil.
9. Carefully cut the bars into pieces.
