Peanuts, Chocolate or Butterscotch

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Semi sweet or butterscotch
  • Chips -- melted
  • 2 1/2 c Roasted shelled peanuts --
  • Skins on

 Directions

Melt chocolate or butterscotch chips in a double boiler over hot (not
boiling) water. Add peanuts and stir to coat. Turn out on waxed paper,
separate with fork. Allow to cool.
