Pear And Tuna Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Fresh; ripe USA Pears,
  • Cored and sliced
  • 1 cn Water-packed tuna; (7 oz.)
  • 1 c Green pepper strips and
  • -shredded cabbage
  • 1/3 c Bottled low-calorie Italian
  • -dressing
  • Lettuce

 Directions

Reserve 3 slices and dice remaining pears. Drain tuna; break into large
chunks. Combine diced pears, tuna, green pepper and cabbage. Toss with
dressing. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl; garnish with reserved pear slices.
Pass additional dressing if desired.

Always be sure to use ripe pears.
