Peas 'n' Salmon Loaf

Ingredients List
- 2 cn Salmon,drained(15.5oz ea)
- 2 Eggs,beaten
- 1 tb Onion,chopped
- 2 ts Lemon juice
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Cracker crumbs,fine
- 1 cn Peas,drained(8.5oz)
- 1/4 c Tomato catsup
Directions
1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and
cracker crumbs.
2. Carefully fold in peas.
3. Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F.

4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
