Peas 'n' Salmon Loaf

 Ingredients List

  • 2 cn Salmon,drained(15.5oz ea)
  • 2 Eggs,beaten
  • 1 tb Onion,chopped
  • 2 ts Lemon juice
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Cracker crumbs,fine
  • 1 cn Peas,drained(8.5oz)
  • 1/4 c Tomato catsup

 Directions

1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and
cracker crumbs.
2. Carefully fold in peas.
3. Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F.
oven 30 minutes.
4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
