Peas Pagoda From Taiwan

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pk (10-oz) frozen peas; cooked
  • -and drained
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1 1/2 ts Chicken broth
  • 1/4 ts Ginger
  • 1/2 ts Sugar
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 1 cn (5-oz) water chestnuts;
  • -sliced
  • 1 cn (4-oz) mushrooms; sliced
  • 1 1/2 ts Cornstarch
  • 1 tb Soy sauce


Heat all ingredients except cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir in cornstarch
and soy sauce until thick.
