Pecan Catfish

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Milk
  • 3 tb Dijon mustard
  • 4 Catfish fillets
  • 1 c Ground pecans


(A super-simple but elegantand richway to present catfish.)

Heat oven to 500 degrees.

In a small bowl, combine milk and mustard. Dip fillets into mustard
mixture then dip into ground pecans, shaking off excess.

Place on greased baking sheet. Oven-fry for 10-12 minutes or until catfish
flakes easily.
