Peggy's 1-2 Chili

 Ingredients List

  • ---Meat Mixture---
  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 lb Spicy sausage
  • 1 md Onion; chopped


1 tb Salt
1 tb Pepper
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Chili powder
1 ts Tabasco sauce
1 ts Cumin
2 cn Tomatoes with juice (1 lb.
1 cn Tomato sauce (15 oz)
2 cn Pinto beans (15 oz each);

In large Dutch over or saucepan, brown the hamburger, pork, sausage and
onion all together. Add salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, tabasco sauce,
cumin, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer
and cook for 2 hours. Add drained pinto beans and simmer for 30 minutes
