Pennsylvania Pepper Cabbage (Cole Slaw)

 Ingredients List

  • 2 c Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Bell pepper, green, finely c
  • *or:
  • 1 Bell pepper, red, finely cho
  • 1/2 c *hot salad dressing
  • 1 ts Salt


Mix the shredded cabbage, pepper and salt and let stand about 1 hour. Drain
off all liquid. Pour the Hot Dressing over the cabbage and mix well. Serve
