Penny's Beans - Adapted

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Beans; cooked
  • 1/2 Onion; diced
  • 1 tb Vegetable oil
  • 2 cl Garlic; crushed
  • Lemon pepper
  • 1 c Brown rice; cooked
  • 1 cn Mushrooms
  • 2 c Vegetable stock
  • 3 tb Lemon juice


Saute onions in oil until clear with garlic, add mushrooms (undrained),
broth, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and rice to beans. Cook over low heat for
about 1/2 hour.
