Peppered Nuts

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Pecan halves
  • Butter or margarine
  • 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dr Tabasco; more or less
  • Salt
  • White pepper

 Directions

Saut”š 1 pound pecan halves in a little butter or margarine. Add 2 teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of Tabasco, salt, and white pepper.
Roast at 300ø for 20 minutes, or until brown. Yield: 1 pound nuts.
