Peppered Skirt Steak

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb. skirt steak
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • sea salt to taste

 Directions

1. Marinade the skirt steak in the soy and Worcestershire over night.

2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.

3. Preheat the grill to medium high.

4. Grill both sides for about 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
