Perry's Chicken Wings

  • 1 pk Chicken Wings (Second And
  • -Third Joints); Approx.12
  • -Wings
  • 1/2 c Butter; No Substitutions
  • 1/2 c Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 ts Vinegar
  • 1 ds Garlic Powder
  • 1 ds Pepper
  • Ranch Or Blue Cheese
  • -Dressing For Dipping
  • Celery Sticks For Garnish

 Directions

Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees. Deepfry wings 10 to 12 at a
time, until golden brown, approx. 10 to 12 minutes. Place wings on paper
towels to drain. In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add red hot sauce,
vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Bring to a simmer and add chicken wings.
Toss wings in sauce for a few minutes. Serve with ranch or blue cheese
dressing with celery sticks for garnish.

If you like your wings hotter add additonal sauce (to taste) to the butter.
