Persimmon Pudding

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Egg
  • 3 oz Butter
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 c Persimmon pulp
  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 1 ts Baking powder
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 1 c Milk

 Directions

Cream butter and sugar, add egg, blend well. Add dry ingredients and milk.
Stir in persimmon pulp. Pour into greased pan (9x13) bake 1 hour at 325
degrees.
