PHILADELPHIA Classic Cheesecake

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 cup(s) HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1/3 cup(s) butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 package(s) (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 4 eggs

 Directions

1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Mix graham crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
4. Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
