Pickled Eggs

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Dozen eggs; hard cooked and
  • -peeled
  • 2 cn Beets
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 c Vinegar


Add vinegar and sugar to beet juice, heat to boil. Place beets and eggs in
a large jar and pour beet juice over all. Refrigerate overnight .
