Pickled Red Beets

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Brown sugar
  • 1 qt Vinegar
  • Salt -- to taste


Cook beets till tender, peel and cut into cubes or slice. Bring the
remaining ingredients to a boil. Pack the beets in hot sterilized jars,
cover with liquid and seal at once.
