- 2 1/4 lb Tomatoes; seeded, finely

- 1 lg Onion; finely chopped
- 3/4 c Fresh cilantro; chopped
- 5 lg Garlic cloves; minced
- 3 lg Jalapeno chile pepper;
- -seeded, minced
- 3 tb Fresh lime juice
- 1 ts Ground cumin
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 tb Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cover; chill
at least 1 hour before serving.
