Ingredients List
- 2 lb Chopped fine green tomatoes
- 1 c Chopped scallions
- 2 sm Jalapeno peppers, seeded &
- Diced fine
- 1 c Chooped loosely packed
- Cilantro leaves (1/2 cup)
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/4 c Vegetable oil
- 2 tb Cider vinegar or white wine
- Vinegar
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover & refrigerate 1 hour or until
chilled. Store up to 2 days.
