Pina Colada Smoothie

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Evaporated skim milk; chill
  • 1/2 ts Coconut extract
  • 1/4 Ripe banana; peeled and
  • -frozen
  • 1/4 c Pineapple chunks; frozen
  • Ice cubes; 2-3


In blender, combine evaporated milk and extract. With blender running, add
frozen banana and pineapple pieces, a few at a time. Add ice cubes one at a
time. Blend until smooth.
