Pineapple Dessert "Cream" - Dutch

Ingredients List
- 1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c Water
- 3/4 c Lowfat buttermilk
- 1/2 c Canned crushed pineapple: no
- -sugar added
- 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
- 1/4 ts Pineapple extract; optional
- 3 Ice cubes
Directions
Reserve some of the crushed pineapple for garnish.
Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan; heat slowly until gelatin
dissolves. Pour dissolved gelatin into blender container; add remaining
ingredients except ice cubs; process at medium speed until smooth. Turn
blender to high speed: add ice cubes one at a time. Pour pineapple mixture
into a medium bowl. Chill until set. Makes 1 serving. 485 CALS, 3.1g fat.
