Pineapple Ginger Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1 ts Minced garlic
  • 1 ts Minced ginger
  • 1 c No-sugar-added pineapple
  • Juice
  • 1/4 c Low sodium tamari or soy
  • Sauce
  • 1 tb Cornstarch dissolved in 1
  • tb Cold water


Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet.
After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce. Heat on medium high until it
boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired
