								Pineapple Pork Chops
Ingredients List
- 1 tb Vegetable oil
 - 4 Boneless pork chops; (3/4"
 - -thick)
 - 1 Clove garlic; finely chopped
 - 1 md Red bell pepper; cut in 1'
 - -PIECES
 - 2 tb Soy sauce
 - 2 tb Dry sherry
 - 1 cn (20 oz.) can pineapple
 - -chunks; reserve liquid
 - 1 tb Water
 - 1 1/2 ts Cornstarch
 
Directions
                    
                        Heat oil in skillet; brown pork chops approximately 6 minutes. Remove chops
and set aside. Add garlic and bell peppers; cook 1 minute. Stir in soy
sauce, sherry and reserved pineapple liquid. Return chops and let simmer 5
minutes. Stir in pineapple, water and cornstarch. Blend together and simmer
for 5 more minutes or until done and sauce is slightly thickened.
