Pineapple Pound Cake

Ingredients List

- 1/2 c Butter or shortening
- 3 lg Eggs
- 1/2 c Unsweetened frozen pineapple
- Juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 c Water
- 2 1/2 c White flour
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1 ts Baking powder
Directions
In a large mixing bowl beat together butter (or shortening), eggs,
pineapple juice concentrate, and water until thoroughly blended. Add flour,
baking soda, and baking powder; beat just until blended.
Spoon mixture evening into a 9" x 5" oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake in a
preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes
out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
