Pineapple Shrimp
Ingredients List
- 2 1/2 c Pineapple chunks
- 3 tb Pickle syrup
- 3/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Pickles, chopped
- 1 tb Cornstarch
- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked
- Rice, cooked
Directions
Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup and salt in saucepan.
Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to saucepan. Bring mixture to
a boil, stirring until clear and thickened. Add the cooked shrimp and heat
through. Serve on rice.
