Pineapple Slice

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Cool whip
  • 1 19 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 Pkg diet vanilla pudding
  • 12 Graham wafers


Line bottom of 8 by 8 dish with 9 graham wafers. Mix pudding(just the dry
mix-do not add milk) and pineapple together (including juice). Fold in the
cool whip. Spread in pan. Crush remaining 3 wafers over top.

Makes 4 servings

1 serving=1 B, 1 fruit, 1/2 milk, 48 cal.
