 Ingredients List

  • 2 Fresh or dried red or green
  • -Spanish peppers, seeded
  • -and chopped
  • 1 pn Tarragon
  • 1 pn Thyme
  • 1 pn Basil
  • 1 pn Marjoram
  • 1/2 Cruched bay leaf
  • 2 tb Prescaled raisins
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 3 tb Lemon juice


Use as a rub on a split chicken

Grill it, basting with Piri-Piri

Serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges and rice.
