Pizza Crust (Kwc)

 Ingredients List

  • ----------------------------------DISSOLVE----------------------------------
  • 1 1/2 ga Water
  • 9 oz Yeast

 Directions

ADD IN ORDER
21 lb Bread flour
3 oz Sugar
6 oz Salt
7 1/2 oz Olive oil
3 tb Oregano leaves
3 tb Basil leaves
1 1/2 tb Granulated garlic

STEP 1: DISSOLVE YEAST IN THE WATER.

STEP 2: ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS

IN ORDER.

STEP 3: MIX 8-10 MINUTES, THEN LET RISE TILL DOUBLE.

STEP 4: PUNCH DOWN, SCALE INTO 20 oz BALLS.

STEP 5: ROLL OUT AND PLACE ON

PIZZA TINS.

STEP 6: READY TO FINISH AS DESIRED.
