Plum Salsa

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/4 lb Ripe plums; quartered and
  • -pitted
  • 1 sm Red onion; quartered
  • 1 c Fresh cilantro
  • 3/4 c Fresh mint
  • 1 tb White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/8 ts Red pepper


Place plums and onion in a food processor; pulse 10 times, scraping sides
of bowl occasionally. Add cilantro and remaining ingredients; pulse five
times or until mixture is chopped. Do not over process mixture or salsa
will become mushy. Six 1/2 cup servings.
