  • 3 Ripe plum tomatoes
  • 2 tb Minced fresh herbs
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper to taste


Slice tomatoes crosswise & arrange on two small
individual plates. Sprinkle with herbs & drizzle with
olive oil. Add pepper & serve.
