Ingredients List
- 2 lb Aku (skipjack tuna)
- 3 tb Fresh ginger root; grated
- 1/2 c Green onions; chopped
- 1/2 c Shoyu (soy sauce)
- 2 tb Toasted sesame seeds; ground
Directions
Cut aku into 1/2" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving. Makes
about 5 cups.
