Poke Aku - Shoyu Style

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Aku (skipjack tuna)
  • 3 tb Fresh ginger root; grated
  • 1/2 c Green onions; chopped
  • 1/2 c Shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 2 tb Toasted sesame seeds; ground


Cut aku into 1/2" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving. Makes
about 5 cups.
