Polenta

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Water
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 1/2 c Polenta flour of fine ground
  • -cornmeal
  • 2 tb Butter

 Directions

Bring water to boil in a large pot, add the salt and polenta flour or
cornmeal; add slowly, stir until mixture starts to bubble, lower heat and
cover. Continue to cook stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. Add butter,
mix well. Dump out on warm serving plate. Serve with sausage and gravy.
