Polenta with Fontina
Ingredients List
- 4 c Water
- 1 c Polenta
- 1 tb Minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 c Green onions; minced
- 1/2 c Mushrooms; minced
- 1/4 lb Fontina cheese; sliced thin
- 1/2 c Dry white wine
- 1 pn Salt & pepper
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 2 ts Ground white pepper
- 1 ts Fresh thyme
- Shiitake mushrooms and
- -sun-dried tomatoes for
- -garnish
