Poppy Seed Fruit Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 8 oz Lemon flavored low-fat
  • -yogurt
  • 1/2 c Fat-free salad dressing;
  • -such as miracle whip or
  • -mayonnaise
  • 2 tb Skim milk
  • 1 tb Brown sugar
  • 1 tb Poppy seeds

 Directions

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate. Serve over fresh
fruit.

Yield: 5 servings (1/3 cup each)
