Poppy Seed Fruit Sauce
Ingredients List
- 8 oz Lemon flavored low-fat
- -yogurt
- 1/2 c Fat-free salad dressing;
- -such as miracle whip or
- -mayonnaise
- 2 tb Skim milk
- 1 tb Brown sugar
- 1 tb Poppy seeds
Directions
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate. Serve over fresh
fruit.
