Porcupine Meatballs
Ingredients List
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- 1 c Precooked minute rice
- 1/2 c Water
- 1 Tomato; (10 oz.) soup,
- -divided
- 1 ts Onion salt
Directions
TOPPING
1/2 cn Tomato soup
2 tb Catsup
1 ts Mustard
Mix together above ingredients with one soup mixture. Shape into 12 balls
in circle in 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Cover with wax paper. Cook on high 7
to 9 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn halfway through cooking.
Topping: Spoon topping over meatballs. Cook on high 2 to 4 minutes to heat.
