Pork Adobo

 Ingredients List

  • 3 Cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 lb Pork, cut in 2-inch cubes
  • 15 Whole black peppercorns
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 c Vinegar
  • 6 tb Soy sauce
  • 2 tb Sugar


Mix all ingredients together in large pot and simmer 1 hour. Serve with
rice and green vegetables.
