Pork Chops Bettina

 Ingredients List

  • 6 Pork chops; 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 tb Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 -(up to)
  • 5 md Potatoes; peeled, sliced
  • 1 md Onion; chopped
  • 2 tb Flour (or more)
  • 1 c Milk

 Directions

Salt and pepper chops; brown in oil. Place in shallow oven pan. Arrange
potatoes on top and around sides of chops. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle onion
on chops; then flour. Pour milk gently into pan to almost cover chops.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 10-15
minutes longer to brown.
