Pork Hash and Nori

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 2 tb Oyster sauce
  • 1 tb Sesame seed
  • 3 -(up to)
  • 4 Stalks green onion; chopped
  • 1 pk Sushi nori
  • 1/2 cn Water chestnuts; chopped
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 ds MSG


Mix all ingredients except nori. On a sheet of nori, spread 3 tablespoons
of mixture on bottom edge. Roll nori like sushi. Fry on medium-low heat for
20-30 minutes. No oil needed. Slice into 1-1/2" lengths and serve with
mustard-shoyu sauce.
