Pork Kabobs

 Ingredients List

  • 12 oz Beer
  • 1/2 c Orange marmalade
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Soy sauce
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lb Lean, boneless pork, cut
  • -into 1" cubes
  • 16 lg Fresh mushrooms
  • 8 Pearl onions, peeled and
  • -blanched
  • 1 lg Green pepper, cut into 1"
  • -pieces

 Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add pork, and stir to coat; cover and marinate
in refrigerator overnight. Add vegetables to marinade one hour before
cooking. Stir to coat. Alternate meat and vegetables on metal skewers.
Grill kabobs about 6 inches from medium-hot coals for 20 minutes or until
well done, turning and basting often with marinade.
