 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Ground Pork -- lean
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Dried Sage
  • 1/4 ts Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/4 ts Dried Thyme
  • pn Ground Ginger
  • 2 tb Water


In a bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties. =
Fry=20 in a skillet until meat is browned and cooked throughout. Yield:
6=20 servings.
