Pork Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Pork
  • - cut in strips
  • 1/2 c Oriental stir-fry sauce
  • 3 Onions, green
  • - sliced
  • 1/2 Bell pepper
  • - diced
  • 2 pk Pea pods, frozen (10 oz)
  • - thawed, drained
  • 1 cn Mandarin oranges (8 oz)
  • - drained
  • 1 cn Chow mein noodles (3 oz)

 Directions

1. In large nonstick skillet, stir-fry pork over medium-high heat about 4
to 5 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, toss pork with remaining ingredients. Serve with hot
french bread.

Per serving: 331 calories, 12 g. fat, 66 mg. cholesterol.
