Portsmouth Frosting

 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Butter; melted and cooled
  • 1/4 c Heavy cream
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 3 c Confectioner's sugar


Mix butter, cream and vanilla. Slowly beat in sugar until thick and creamy.
Makes enough to fill and frost an 8" layer cake or 24 cupcakes.
