- 2 lg Russet potatoes, peeled and
- -cut into 1/4 inch thick

- 1 1/2 c ( 6 oz.) shredded Cheddar
- -cheese
- 3/4 c Whipping cream
- 3/4 c Dry white wine
- 4 Eggs
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Ground white pepper
- 1/2 ts Garlic powder
Directions
Place potato slices in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a
boil and cook until potatoes are tender; drain.
