Potato Gratine

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lg Russet potatoes, peeled and
  • -cut into 1/4 inch thick
  • -slices
  • 1 1/2 c ( 6 oz.) shredded Cheddar
  • -cheese
  • 3/4 c Whipping cream
  • 3/4 c Dry white wine
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Ground white pepper
  • 1/2 ts Garlic powder


Place potato slices in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a
boil and cook until potatoes are tender; drain.
