Potato Latkes

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 c Grated, drained potatoes
  • 4 tb Grated onion
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 5 tb Matzoh meal
  • Oil for frying

 Directions

Beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend well. Fry in hot
oil, being careful not to use too much oil.

Serve with applesauce, or sour cream.
