Potatoes with Black Pepper #2

 Ingredients List

  • X Potatoes; cooked, peeled,
  • -And cut into 3/4 inch dice
  • X Some salt
  • X Lots of black pepper
  • X Chopped parsley or green
  • -Coriander


Heat some oil in a pan. When hot, put in the potatoes, salt, and pepper.
Keep frying them, stirring occasionally, until the outsides turn slightly
crusty. Add the parsley or coriander, stir briefly, and serve.
