Prawns a la Mary

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 Stick butter, (4 tbls)
  • 3 lg Garlic cloves, smashed,
  • -diced
  • 1 lb Prawns
  • 1 pt Heavy cream
  • 1/2 lg Lime, juice of
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 lb Noodles, cooked, buttered


In a large skillet over high heat melt the butter. Add garlic and saute for
a few minutes, stirring constantly. Add prawns and saute only until cooked
(few minutes). Add cream and turn heat down. Simmer for a few minutes,
stirring constantly. Add the juice of 1/2 lime, salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and serve immediately over buttered noodles.
