 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 lb Green chillies
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 Whole garlic (not clove)
  • 1 tb Corn oil

 Directions

Wash chillies and slit on one side

Grind garlic and salt together and stuff into chillies

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chillies until light brown Compiled by I.
