Pretzel Caramel Chocolate Candy Bars.

Ingredients List
- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips, melted
Directions
1. Line a 9x9 pan with foil and grease with cooking spray.
2. Spread pretzels and pecans on bottom of prepared pan; set aside.
3. In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine butter, salt, brown sugar and honey.
4. Continue to cook and stir until a candy thermometer hits 240-Fahrenheit.
5. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda while constantly stirring.
6. Pour the prepared caramel over pretzels and pecans; set aside and let cool for 10 minutes.
7. In the meantime, melt the chocolate chips.
8. Spread melted chocolate over caramel.
9. Let stand until completely set; about 4 hours.
10. Cut and serve.
