 Ingredients List

  • 1 Bag (7-lb) Krusteaz pakcake
  • -mix
  • 1 c Yellow corn meal
  • 1 tb Dry mustard
  • 1 -(up to)
  • 2 ts Cayenne (ground red pepper)
  • 1 tb Baking powder

 Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air-tight container for future
use. For a regular batch, use 3 cups of the mix and add just enough water
to make a stiff batter. Coat wieners with batter and deep-fry in oil.
